About Pest Control Mooresville
Rooted right here in North Carolina's Lake Norman basin, we provide science driven, environmentally responsible pest defense built on family values, transparent pricing, and unwavering craftsmanship.
Protecting Lake Norman Neighborhoods Since 2011
What started as one truck and a passionate commitment to honest service has grown into Iredell County's most dependable pest control company.
When founder Marcus Vance launched Pest Control Mooresville over fifteen years ago, the Lake Norman shoreline was experiencing rapid growth. New subdivisions like Morrison Plantation and waterfront communities along Brawley School Road were carving space out of dense pine forests and red clay banks. While homeowners loved the lake lifestyle, they immediately met North Carolina’s infamous pest pressures: subterranean termites tunneling through damp foundations, aggressive carpenter ants boring into framing timber, and summer mosquito swarms driven by lakefront humidity.
Big national franchises were treating homes with impersonal, cookie cutter chemical sprays that only temporarily masked problems. Marcus set out to build a fundamentally different pest management practice: one founded on Integrated Pest Management (IPM), family safety, and deep local entomological expertise tailored to the unique microclimates of Mooresville, Troutman, and Denver.
Today, Pest Control Mooresville remains proudly independent and locally managed. Our team lives where we work, shops at local Mooresville markets, coaches youth sports, and treats every property with the care we give our own families.
