1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service, contracting pest extermination work, or browsing pestcontrolmooresville.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 2. Service Guarantees & Retreatment Policy

Clients enrolled in our recurring quarterly or annual pest protection plans receive our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If covered pests reinfest within your contracted active treatment interval, Pest Control Mooresville will retreat the affected areas at no additional cost. Retreatment does not apply to non preventable single visit exterior emergency calls or wood destroying insect structural repairs unless explicitly covered by a written Termite Warranty Agreement.

3. Property Access & Preparation

The client agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to all designated treatment zones, including exterior perimeters, crawl spaces, attics, and utility closets. Customers must complete all specified pretreatment preparations (such as securing pets and clearing items from work areas) prior to the technician's arrival.

4. Payments, Scheduling & Cancellations

Payment is due upon completion of each service visit unless invoicing arrangements have been agreed in writing. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment. Same day emergency bookings are dispatched promptly and subject to technician availability.

5. Safety & Chemical Applications

All materials and pesticides used by Pest Control Mooresville are registered with the EPA and applied strictly in accordance with federal, North Carolina state agricultural regulations, and manufacturer label directions. Customers must observe all post treatment reentry intervals provided by the applicator.
